looks good, feels cheap
a nice summer dress, for sure. Not lined and feels cheap, never worth the $199 indicated, $29 - yes. it's be just fine for this summer. I am 5'1" and the back of the dress skims the floor, it'll be fine with a 2inch heel. would I recommend it? Sure. Cute little dress for a summer vacation.
