Micro Kensington Faux Leather Crossbody Bag

Y when i go pick up the bag a blue ugly bag comes not even a Kurt Geiger no brat nothing then I go through all the stress and all the struggle just to get put on hold with customer service. I told them about it. They try and see if they can find a bag. They can’t find a bag then I asked them if they could re-order it with the refund and then they said they cannot do it mind. My refund still hasn’t came in yet, but it says refunded on my end, but it says the refund still hasn’t been refunded yet. All I will say is be careful when you’re buying stuff because you really never know.
