Disapointed
I’d already purchased the red bag and wanted the beige. When I received my 2nd order, the beige bag, the Kurt Geiger bag tag was no where to be found. It makes by bag look really plain which is upsetting.

Awesome Bag - Poor Customer Service
As soon as I opened the box I was in awe of the brown leather and stiffness of the bag. However upon looking inside I noticed there was no dust bag. All Kurt bags come with them! I called customer support and the only option was to return it! This close to Christmas! Absolutely not. Why couldn’t they send me a piece of cloth! It’s a gift and I refuse to risk it. Just wow! I’m disappointed to say the least!
