Brixton Lock Leather Convertible Bag

The lock that is apart of the bag is defective and I can’t get in touch with anyone from the manufacturer and Nordstrom Rack wouldn’t offer a discount nor help resolve the issue, they left it up to me to get a resolution, which is very frustrating seeing as though I paid for a new purse from there business.

I love it, you can use it as crossbody the leather is super soft so it wrinkles fast hopefully it’ll last me since I’m not that great at taking care of my bags!!! You won’t regret buying this beautiful bag, picture don’t do Justice to the bag since the colors are super loud and again super cute cute cute!!!! And you can’t find a better price then this one here that’s for sure!

I ordered this bag to take on my Bahamas vacation because it had all the colors of my outfits . I received it and was so excited to open the package. I opened it and was NOT the bag I ordered . It was a Kurt Geiger , however it was a metallic rainbow and cheetah print NOT the neon rainbow . I called customer service and they helped me order again and I sent the one I received back . The new one came in one day and AGAIN THE WRONG BAG , so I returned it and they were trying to see if they could find the one I actually ordered . No word on that yet
