Damaged Item Sent
received the shoes a few days ago and wore them for the first time today, only to come home and discover that a crystal had already fallen out. I am extremely disappointed. Although the product was on sale, it was sold as new, and there were no defects mentioned in the listing.
I waited a long time to receive these shoes, only to end up with a damaged pair after just one wear. This is unacceptable, especially considering this was literally my first time wearing them.
What makes this even more frustrating is that there appears to be no way to return them. I cannot believe that I waited so long and was so excited about this purchase, only to be left with a defective product.

Orson jeweled sandals
I actually found them to be too big. I normally wear a size 8 in their quilted type sandals including the Orson jeweled and I fell in luv with several colors +am now scrambling like another customer to try +find the black jeweled in a smaller size. R feet may be different but r luv for Kurt Geiger đź’• is the same .Lol Thanks to Nordstrom Rack +Nordstrom for carrying so much diversity in shoes +purses made by Kurt Geiger. U Rock.
