I speed walk 4 mile per day 5 days per week. The Rocker arch provides great support and actually energizes me when I walk!

Extremely disappointing
These were one of the worst pairs of shoes from Keen. I have been a Keen lover from the beginning and have had several pairs over the years. My family members as well. I have very narrow flat feet with absolutely no instep. These shoes were so tight, constricting, and totally uncomfortable. What happened to the original wider shoe design and wider toe box??? I returned them. They were horrible.

To narrow
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love these and give them a five star unfortunately, I can’t do that. For me, these shoes ran extremely narrow, I also didn’t feel that the material at the front/sides by my toes would’ve held up if I kept them. I will say, though that the support for my feet that was provided the couple times I did try to wear them, was so much better than any other shoe that I have worn so far. They need to make this shoe in a wide, once they do I will buy several.
