Ugly dip on the top middle of the purse
Whenever I hang up the purse by its strap, ugly little hollow dips develops on the top of the purse. I fear over time that dip will become permanent. Not happy that this purse cannot retain its shape. This app won’t let me submit a photo. Sorry!
