Tote was poorly and incompetently packaged it was made to fit inside of a small poly mailer bag instead of being put into a box that was big enough to fit the bag without needing to compromise the shape. The bag has a big crease that looks like it was folded in half. There was no tissue or packaging paper put so it didn't even stand a chance of holding its shape.
