The Commuter Duffle

Love this bag, took it on a recent cruise and fit all my family’s toiletries and even some articles of clothing in this bag for a 5 day cruise. I use it as our family’s toiletries and odds and ends bag for travel but easily can be used as a long weekend bag with all the space and compartments. I paired this with the Beis carry-on and it fit perfectly right on top while traveling.

Cheap and worn out looking.

Not the greatest- looks cute and great fabric and concept, but after just a couple trips (and I’m not tough on my carryons)—broken zipper pull, handles are cracked and look awful!

This is a great bag to have for a weekend trip or as a carry on for longer trips. When I started filling it with my weekend wardrobe, cosmetics and 2 pairs of shoes I couldn't believe I still had room for a few extra things. The fact that the zipper starts at one side of the bag and goes all the way down the other side allows for a large opening to easily fit thicker and larger items. The square shape allows you to utilize every inch of this bag. It's a MUST HAVE BAG for your luggage collection. I bought it in black to match my glossy black carry on and my glossy black checked bag. Fortunately, I was able to get the last black bag but they do have it in the Beige which is also a great versatile color and goes to everything. Hopefully I've given you enough information to make the wise decision to get one of these bags and if you do I know you'll enjoy yours as much as I love mine.

This is the BEST duffle! Perfect size snd amazing quality.

The quality of this bag at this price is exceptional. The bag is lightweight, has many pockets for organization and lots of space. I packed four outfits, two pairs of shoes, toiletries, iPad and hair goods for my flight. It stores easily overhead and was so much easier to take than my rolling carryon. The shoulder strap is padded so it was easy on my shoulder.

Great looking piece of luggage, very well organized on the inside, great size when traveling for a few days and don’t want to check in. If you are traveling with a pet - airlines allow only two pieces on board including the pet carrier- this bag has an easy access side pocket large enough for a phone, wallet …..

Just bought this bag, packed it up and used it the next day, and it broke after about 3 minutes of use. MAJOR disappointment.

I was flying on a small plane that requested duffel bags instead of wheeled luggage. After looking around and being disappointed with the low quality of other brands I saw this newly arrived duffel at Nordstrom. The double zipper at the top makes it easy to access, but I really appreciated the zipper ends snapping off the bag so the opening enlarges for easy packing and then snap back down for a seamless bag. There are mesh pockets that were perfect to pack along the outer wall and the laptop pouch is well padded and thick enough. Same for the shoulder strap - padding is nice and sturdy. Using compression bags, I was able to fit at least 4 days of full outfits and and change of clothes for dinner, multiple shoes/handbags, toiletries etc. I felt organized with all the pockets and the exterior is durable enough that I’m not concerned. Personally, I wouldn’t ever check this bag, but it’s a fantastic weekend bag!
