Past two orders , sandals are coming from third party distributors , worn and used , no box .
This particular order , I went to pick up myself from the store and the manger got involved and she was shocked to see the items herself .
She immediately refunded the money . But now I am not sure , if I want to continue shopping with them . I bought these two pairs for the gift, imagine giving used shoes as a gift to some one .. Very disappointed.
