I received the dress, and it is stained, torn, and missing a button. I contacted customer service, and the only option they gave me was to return it. They told me I would be charged $9.95 to return it by mail. This is terrible customer service!

don't if you're top heavy
The garment was too tight in the chest area, necessitating its return. It fits well around the waist and hips; however, the tightness in the chest poses a problem. Increasing the size to accommodate the chest may result in the dress becoming excessively large in other areas.

Really wanted this to work
TTS. The dress is just as pictured. Color is more beige than expected. The one I received wasn’t sewn well from the neckline, so the pleats along the chest/breast were off and very noticeable. Also the sleeves weren’t sewn symmetrically, so the ruffles laid weird on one side. I will be returning.

overwhelming around my face
The flutter sleeves & the neck area is too much. It’s also snug Aron’s my abdomen.

Runs small
Absolutely love the color, the pleats … Everything about the dress. But it was too small through the bust.

Fits small in chest, cream color is more champagne
I got my normal size, the website says to order a size down as it runs large. The bust area is not made for anyone that has any chest. It was incredibly tight on that area and I have an average chest. The color was also so dull and not this cream or ivory as depicted. More of a champagne taupe color.

Runs small
Nice enough dress for the price, but it runs small in the chest! I ordered my normal size and will be returning. Didn’t like it enough to buy in next size up.

Elegant
Elegant and beautiful but did not fit her well. You would think after nearly 50 years I could guess better
