I received the dress, and it is stained, torn, and missing a button. I contacted customer service, and the only option they gave me was to return it. They told me I would be charged $9.95 to return it by mail. This is terrible customer service!

don't if you're top heavy
The garment was too tight in the chest area, necessitating its return. It fits well around the waist and hips; however, the tightness in the chest poses a problem. Increasing the size to accommodate the chest may result in the dress becoming excessively large in other areas.

Really wanted this to work
TTS. The dress is just as pictured. Color is more beige than expected. The one I received wasn’t sewn well from the neckline, so the pleats along the chest/breast were off and very noticeable. Also the sleeves weren’t sewn symmetrically, so the ruffles laid weird on one side. I will be returning.
