Reversible Pleated Belted Topper

I didn't notice from the images when I first ordered, but the hems are not finished. The material is very soft, airy, and light which I love, but it probably also loves lint. I have not worn it yet, but I imagine it could be hot flash-friendly, even though it's polyester. I was really disappointed to receive an item that had obviously had a security tag through it, leaving it ruined.
