[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost, ADORABLE SHOE. The plaid is wonderful, will go with many vintage-ish outfits of various colors, zero faults there. The sizing. . . ehhhh, it's always a struggle when you're a 42-43 or US11 because sometimes it's too small in the toebox, sometimes it's perfect in the toe and then too large in the heel, getting a perfect fit is rough. The Journee sizing for US11 is much larger than other brands US11, so probably for me a US10W in their sizing would have fit better. I would have returned to try that size, but I apparently bought these on final sale so whoops my bad. But do we give up on cute shoes? NO WE DON'T. I'm ordering a little bit of filler to fix the gapping at the heel and I WILL make it work. Nice for the price, decently comfortable, but I would not call it a walking shoe (unless you add inserts). Worth it solely for this plaid, ugh, adorable. Now restock the baylor booties in wide for us big foot gals, Journee.
