JOURNEE Orana Bow Kitten Heel Pump

I ordered these in a half size, and wish I had ordered a size smaller. I’m disappointed the size is too big. The quality of the shoe is great, and it is beautiful. The shoe came in shoe bags in the shoe box.

This brand runs short. That’s all I can say other than the fact that all their shoes are adorable and very well-made for non-leather, non-high end shoes. Buy a half to a full size up

To say this shoe hurts is an understatement. My toes were screaming the first time I stood in them. China cheap, move on.

My shoe size is 7.5 but this size is way bigger, it’s not true to size. Disappointed! Rather than that the color is very pretty.

I ordered a 1/2 size up due to the pointed toe and will need to return as they are too big

Great shoes if you have wide feet. Run true to size, wide and very comfortable. I am buying a second pair in pink. Love it.

I will be returning it as the shoe was cutting my foot as soon as I wore it, too hard, could barely stand in it for 1 second

I'm disappointed. I'm a 5.5, but my feet were slipping out of these heels. The ankle part is somehow too big. The angle is awkward and doesn't keep the foot in the shoe. The width is also very wide. I can't size down because 5.5 is the smallest size for this heel. So sad, it really is a cute-looking heel.

I love everything about the shoe…the bow, the mint color, the kitten heel, the fabric. Unfortunately I cannot keep the shoe. I am a 7 1/2, but based on mixed reviews and past shoes I own with this brand, I ordered at 7 1/2 and 8. Apparently I should also have purchased a 7. The 8 was too big and my heel was slipping. That is fine, but the 7 1/2 was also just as huge. When I put them next the each other they were the same exact length for 2 different sizes. I would have thought this was an anomaly, but no; a 2nd pair of 7 1/2 was equally the same length as the 8. They were already sold out of the 7 at this point. Extremely disappointing because I do love the shoe and tried to make it work, but so big even padded inserts and shoe still flopping off my heel and they would be far too uncomfortable to put something on the back in addition to the padded inserts.
