So uncomfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Haylinn booties in taupe patent leather a clearance item I was disappointed on how stiff they were which made them so uncomfortable

After 2 wears the rubber heel came off and I never found it so will not be able to wear again sadly :/ but cute on

nice color and style but
It’s too narrow for my 11 Medium foot. Heel height is great. So disappointed. I’m noticing Nordstrom is selling more styles from Journee. Its not a good quality shoe in my opinion.
