The heel came off after very little wear. Nordstrom Rack in Spokane Valley offered me a credit based on the lowest sale price of the shoe, which was only about 25% of what I paid, even after verifying my purchase. (Paid $99 + tax, ended up with a store credit for $26). I’m a life-long Nordstrom customer, and always boasted about their amazing customer service. This didn’t sit well with me.
