Shoes ordered were not sent. I ordered a different color and your website showed the shoes as having a leather sole which they do not. I called your Customer Support line and there was no explanation for the color mix up and the color/size I wanted were out of stock.
I asked if a discount on a future purchase was possible and they said they could not.
I’ve had similar issues with other brands and they made accommodations.
I decided to keep the shoes although not what was ordered or sent

they sent them in a bag
So disappointed. They came in a plastic bag. No box. The leather was scratched and beat up. And they were so so small. Like 5 sizes too small.
