Beautiful boots
This rating is for Nordstrom’s handling of my order, not the product itself. The boots are beautiful—great quality, and the fit was perfect. Unfortunately, they arrived in a Nordstrom Rack bag instead of the original box, and they looked worn, with lint and hair on them. The soles appeared fine, so I’m not sure if they were previously worn or just a heavily tried‑on display pair, but either way, they shouldn’t have been shipped in that condition. At $230 on sale, it’s still a significant purchase, and the presentation did not meet my expectations. Nordstrom also wanted to charge me $9.99 for the return, so I ended up driving 30 miles to return them in person. I would have reordered to try for a better pair, but my size was no longer available. Very disappointed in how Nordstrom handled this, but the product itself truly is beautiful.
