Very loose straps
The shoe is adorable, and the finish is beautiful. Unfortunately, the cage is so loose that it feels decorative rather than functional. The lower straps provide almost no support, which makes the shoe feel unsafe to walk in

Great platforms, but run big
I have to exchange these for a 1/2 size smaller at least. I am almost always a 9 or 9.5, but I have to exchange for an 8.5 in these. The heel area is also a bit chafey, so I would wear a blister bandaid or some sort of padding to help.
