Guilded Slide Sandal (Women)

I wanted to love this beautiful shoe so much! But unfortunately, I just couldn’t keep it. First of all the silver and gold don’t distinctly show up in person like they do on the website and from a distance it’s even harder to differentiate between the two colors… which then defeats the whole purpose of wearing the shoes… which is drawing attention to yourself for how cute your shoes are… right? And secondly, if you walk more than 10 steps, the chains begin to cut into your feet and that’s just simply walking around in the house. I couldn’t imagine being out in public trying to walk from the car to a building. I even tried to convince myself that the shoes were so cute I would just walk around in pain, but when the chains got to cutting into my skin, my feet screamed NO!! I wear a size 9 and also ordered a size 9. The width of the shoe both vertically and horizontally fit perfect unfortunately the cut of the chains did not work for me.

I wanted to love these so bad because they are so cute with the two-tone detail but they are painful. The part that goes around the top of the food is a hard heavy metal literally like a chain so it is deathly to the foot. I don’t know how anyone could wear these because the chain is tight and presses down on the top of the foot making them unbearable. I wish the top was made of plastic but it’s not so they are too uncomfortable to wear. Had to return! :(
