The style of the shoe is gorgeous. On another website I read a review complaining about the toe and strap digging into the skin and making the shoe uncomfortable - I can see that happening. I purchased my normal size 8 and the next available size 9. 9 was too loose, size 8 fits but I could see where the toe and strap digging could come into play after walking. I think half a size up is best for comfort.
