Soft Drape Utility Pants

I have a slender build with a small waist, and I imagine these pants probably look great on someone else. The waist was too big for me, but what turned this into a definite return was the legs were too big from rear to thigh but only in the back. The pants looked fine from the front, but from the back, you could see an unflattering amount of bagginess from under my rear to about mid thigh. Gave a diaper appearance in the back. And then oddly, the pants felt a bit tight at the knee when I sat down.

I have lived in James Perse for years. There are some JP items at NR that are comparable to the JP store. This elasticized waist would be such item. I’m 5’1 and the length works on me. Pants are loose, soft, nicer than sweats. Rag&Bone vibe. Sizing is true to JP sizing. If you wear JP in 2, get the 2. I wear btwn a JP 1 and 2 but opted for a baggier look.

I have been all about wearing comfy pants w/having to chase & care for my 2 Little guys ages 2 & 3. I've been living in some dreadful, basic sweats. I just received these & put them on & I am so glad I found them!! They are comfy yet stylish. I am 5'2" , 135 lbs curvy and these fit so nicely. I sized up ( usually wear a 4-6, ordered the JP size 3 (8-10 US) for a baggier comfy feel. They are a bit bigger all around but they serve their purpose as I do not want these snug at all. They make me feel a bit dressier even while wearing a basic tee I tuck in @ front a bit & pair it with any cute sandal. My husband liked them, so that says a lot :) I got these at sale price and LOVE LOVE THEM !
