Poor quality, poor delivery, poor service from IT
I bought this for my son and the quality is very poor. We had an issue with the zipper and contacted the IT company and they were not nice.
They said it was an issue to address with Nordstrom Rack. But it is their luggage!! You would think they would care about their quality and customer satisfaction!
My husband contacted Nordstrom Rack and they were very quick to help us return it and provide a refund. I will never buy this luggage brand again!!

I like everything about this suitcase. It is light weight and spacious and a lot of pockets. I would give it a 4.7 rating only because the zipper pulls are hard to maneuver for me. You have to hold the. At the right angle. Otherwise I am very please d with this purchase. Definitely a great buy for the price

Lightweight and Functional
This suitcase has it all! It’s super lightweight, has plenty of space, and a very functional design. It’s so easy to maneuver with the spinner wheels!!

A little disappointed
The buckles on my interior straps are either broken or defective manufacture. Unfortunately I did not realize this until packing the day before my trip-so straps can't be used. The exterior pockets can only fit a very thin fill, pretty useless.
