Mega Lite 25-Inch Softside Spinner Luggage

I bought the IT medium size suitcase to bring home my decease daughter’s belongings. I used it once and when it came off the airport baggage conveyor I noticed the suitcase tore at the logo area. I went through my account to return the item but can’t send it back through the mail. I bought it at a Rack store on the mainland I live on Maui and we do not have a store here. I also called Nordstrom Rack Customer Service and was told there was nothing they could do the item needs to be returned to a store. Very disappointed with the quality of the item and Nordstrom Rack policies.
