Wondermint Winsome Diffuser

This should be a 0 star review, not for the product itself, but for Nordstrom’s packaging for shipping, their shipping method, and their return policy. The whole experience was disappointing. I purchased this item for my granddaughter for Christmas to go with a sheet and bedding set that I purchased from Nordstrom’s as well. When my granddaughter opened it for Christmas the glass was shattered. There was no bubble wrap to protect the packaging and no label on the outside packaging stating it was breakable. Again, a BIG disappointment. I had this shipped to my daughter in another state, so it cannot be returned without it costing $9.95. The item cost $19.97. That means that I will have to lose money on an item that was damaged due to packaging and shipping that had nothing to do with me. I shop a lot with Nordstrom’s, but this is making me think twice about it. There’s a lot of other businesses that I can take my shopping business to like Amazon who has an awesome return policy. It should not cost you to return when it is Nordstrom’s responsibility to ship responsibly, especially their glass items. Again, quite disappointing, especially at Christmas time.
