FUMING MAD! THESE WERE CLEARLY USED!!!
I am so mad! Mortified! I received these boots and they are CLEARLY used!!!! They were not in original box, put in a white bag. No tags. Bottoms of shoes look like they were on asphalt. The rubber is worn on them. The tag in back is dirty. The boots have splash marks/dirty!!!! I can not believe that these were marked acceptable to send !!!

QUALITY CONTROL NEEDS TO DO BETTER
Received my HUNTER boots which do run large in this Style. But, I received USED BOOTS?! They were also shipped in a glad bag, not a box. Not even a mismatched box to protect them in route while shipping. I love the color and the fit for my flat feet. But, with all my HUNTER boots I add my custom made orthotics and comfy cotton socks to help with long rainy dog walks. "KAY" in customer service in TEXAS was pleasant and professional. She helped make the refund label and new purchase easy.
