28.5” inseam, super stretchy

Measured the inseam to be shorter than the 30 inches advertised. Also, these jeans are super stretchy, despite the tax stating this is one percent elastane; I don’t buy that at all. I wonder if they sent me the wrong item, but the label matches the website..
