MUCH MUCH SMALLER THAN YOU THINK
I ordered a 10.5. Contrary to this misrepresentation of a HOKA response on a different review, my experience with this shoe is that it's both too narrow and too short. I was wearing an earlier model of this shoe when I picked up the package from the post office. I took it off, tried to put this shoe on, and I literally couldn't get it on my foot. There's something different about how this one is sized, so use extreme caution -- or order a full size up from your normal HOKA experience. Especially since NR will charge you $10 for the privilege of returning it. Customer service was difficult. The return policy is horrendously unclear. Do not trust this shoe or the service you'll receive if you have a problem with it.
