Need a quality assurance process
I have several pair of these recovery slides, but I was very disappointed that Nordstrom rack sent me a size 10 when I ordered a 12– big inconvenience to have to go back to the store to take them back to get my credit.

hurt feet
Bought the previous model they were great very comfortable still have them but these with the curve going, upward hurt my feet after walking and standing in them. Had to return. Because of the curvature feels like they runs shorter.

confused why these are so popular
I normally wear a size 6 in women's medium shoe but these run so wide that I had to go down a whole size. I was watering my garden and the shoes got wet and my foot slid right through the shoe. They may be comfortable but they have no structure and I think they're a little dangerous when combined with water.
