Wrong Sized shipped again
This is the second time I order these Hokas and the wrong sized was shipped again. and now you want me to pay for the return shipping which I don' think it is fair to do so. I ordered a size 14 as described and received a size 13 each time. This was not my error it was your mistake; therefore the return shipping must be covered.
