Cheap Bag
I ordered this bag on the Nordstromrack.com website. I picked the bag up from the store on a Tuesday. I used the bag the very next day on Wednesday. That same day, the bag ripped and fell apart. This bag is cheaply made. Because I ordered it from Nordstrom Rack, Hunter the maker of the bag told me there was nothing that they could do because I ordered it from a third-party, which was Nordstrom Rack. They were only able to consider offering me a 20% coupon. Do not purchase this bag. It is cheap and poorly made. I am going to return it to Nordstrom rack and see what happens. Hopefully they will give me a refund.
