Gore-Tex^® Tennine Waterproof Hiker Boot (Women)

Pros: Very soft and well cushioned, truly waterproof. Cons: Wearing these boots is like hiking in skies. Heels constantly hitting against each other, cant step in a normal way - with toes slightly outwards, have to step straight. No arch support, completely flat, and give a feeling falling backwards. Puts extreme stress on knees and low back. Making you to stride in abnormal posture.

I found the Hoka hiker boots at Nordstrom Rack and I couldn’t be happier with them! Not only are they stylish—the color is gorgeous—but they’re also the most comfortable hiking boots I’ve ever owned. I wore them on my trip to the Grand Canyon, AZ, and they gave me the support and stability I needed to make it all the way to the highest point on the West Rim. No blisters, no soreness—just pure comfort. Hands down, the best hiker boots I’ve ever had. Highly recommend both Nordstrom Rack and these Hokas!

There was a card in the box that said “Do not drive or navigate stairs while wearing boots”. Who wants to be out in rain and take their boots off to drive? The edge in the back of back of the heel is HUGE. I have caught the heel on regular Hoka’s on stairs, but this heel in much bigger. I bought them because I do deliveries in all sorts of weather and terrain. I wish the description had mentioned this detail. They are so big they look like clown shoes! The price was great, but definitely a NO. My regular Hoka compared to these in pic.
