Wrong item received
Wrong item and wrong size received in online order. Ordered low hiking shoes and received knee high fashion boots 2.5 sizes larger. Could not reorder because inventory of what was actually ordered had been depleted. Very disappointing.

I wasn’t too sure after reading the reviews to get these, but I’m so glad I did. I tore my ACL a year ago, and I found wearing my usual Uggs were very painful. I wear HOKA’s for work as I’m in healthcare and on my feet, these are fantastic! I’ve worn them walking around in ice and snow with great results. They kept my feet supported and warm while giving much needed support and comfort for my leg. I found wearing them to -15F with wool socks to be cool but not cold. I love that you can adjust the laces to the shape of your foot.

not enough cushion
shoe is very comfortable to walk but not for all day. Shoe do not have enough cushion for my feet due to plantar fasciitis.

Strange fit, not recommended
These shoes sure look pretty, but sizing are off. They run large but definitely narrow. I didn’t notice until I actually started to walk, but they hurt my feet after sometime and they get dirty so easily. I don’t understand the purpose of “gender inclusive” since M/F feet build differently.

Luxurious to put on; comfortable to walk in.
I thought these might be a bit stiff to walk in but I was wrong. They are cushy and comfortable for this type of shoe, though not a substitute for a Clifton or a Bondi. They run large enough that my 12W foot was fine in a 12 regular shoe.
