Anacapa 2 Mid GTX Gore-Tex^® Water Repellent Hiking Boot (Women)

I recently purchased a pair of HOKA shoes from The Rack and was sorely disappointed with the condition in which they arrived. The shoes were not in their proper HOKA box, and it was evident that they had been previously used. The rubber soles still had visible dirt on them, which suggests they were not thoroughly cleaned or inspected before being resold. While I understand that this was a clearance item, I have never received a clearance product in this state before. I expect Nordstrom Rack to uphold certain quality and presentation standards, regardless of the discount applied. Although I have decided not to return the shoes to avoid the possibility of another customer encountering the same issue, I wanted to bring this matter to your attention. I hope this feedback helps improve your quality control processes so future customers do not face similar disappointments.
