pronounced pebble-like embossing
The bag is great, but I must say - it doesn’t feel like leather - but I will take Nordstrom’s word for it. The pebble-like pattern is a bit more pronounced than the photo reflects. The image Nordstrom shows with the purse on the person is flipped, meaning the adjustment portion of the strap is actually on the opposite side than what it shows. If this purse is leather like the ad suggests, it’s a quality item that should last a very long time. The size is perfect for an everyday purse, in my opinion.

Disappointing
Everything was fine, except the leather, which did not look like nor did it feel like leather. As a Hobo brand bag, of which I have several, I was expecting the leather to be soft and supple. It was hard, rough, inflexible and well...ugly. I returned it, which was easy to do at my local Nordstrom Rack store - I had purchased it online.
