GRAY NOT AS PICTURED!!!
I bought three of these gray backpacks as gifts for my bridesmaids. They are NOT the same as the photo. They are light gray with rainbow pink and purple it looks like a kids backpack! When I went to return them and pointed out the incorrect photo Nordstrom Rack processed the return but did nothing to get me the correct one ordered! They then transferred me back and forth to Nordstrom who also was no help! And here it is still online with the wrong photo. NO HELP AT ALL! VERY DISAPOINTED!

Light gray option not as pictured on the website
I ordered the light gray color and when it arrived, it was not as pictured on the website. The Website shows a sold light gray back pack when it actually has a pink/purple color pattern at the bottom of the straps and under the handle. Make sure you research the color description and don't just go by the color swatch/pictures. I returned the bag and reordered a different color.

Wrong picture advertised
Not the same as the initial picture. After I paid the website switched it for the real picture. Waited hoping that was a mistake but no. It’s the grey with pink and purple backpack.
