Duffle bag
Honestly, I’m disappointed with my duffel bag. The pho leather is already showing signs of wear and is peeling in spots. Also, the bag just doesn’t open as wide as I had hoped making it difficult to get items in and out of it. Unlike like past Herschel purchases, I wouldn’t purchase this again.

Not carry-on size
The outer dimensions of this is 20 1/2” x 11” x 12”, 43.5 linear size. Either way, this isn’t the compact version so its NOT allowed for Domestic or International. Other then that, seems to be able to pack a lot of room. If you know how to fold and pack clothes, as an example it can probably fit eight pants, two shorts, and six shirts although i haven’t tried since i’m going to return this since this isn’t the carry-on size.

Disappointing in person
I should have hawk eyed the listing photos more I guess because what I was expecting was not what I got. The white zipper is not noticeable in any of the photos but one and it really makes the bag look cheap and less sleek. The fact that the liner is striped is also not easy to discern in the listing photos. It's a weird circus stripe that also takes away from the overall look. As other reviews have said, the plastic hooks and faux leather are low quality. Will definitely be returning unfortunately.

Had a problem with the strap
Bag is a bit big for the strap and the large strap broke while moving around. It could use a better connector.

Perfect size
I recently purchased a travel duffle bag during Black Friday and was thrilled that it arrived on time before my holiday travels. While I had to pay a bit more, it was absolutely worth it!
