Missing
I only received the lower dress. There was no sleeves, no scarf, zero upper body portion of this dress. I tried several times to explain this to Rack representatives and was completely disregarded. I never tried to get a credit, I simply want the complete dress. It’s basically just a slip with the missing upper half of the dress. I’m so disappointed.
