OK for budget
This suit jacket is alright on a budget at retail store price, or when on sale on Haggar's website. I just needed a black suit jacket to go with a previously purchased black Haggar dress pants, for occasional events. Material, design, and color is OK.
I bought a 38 Short. Torso width/length, collar, and shoulder is alright. But the sleeves feel longer than expected for a Short. Maybe they were made for 34/35 dress shirts, they go slightly past my wrists and cover up the cuffs of my 32/33 shirts.
There is one area where the stitching is missing, inside the front chest pocket, leaving a hole.
