Super warm
There is a large piece of hard plastic at the top of the zipper. So when coat is zipped it rubs under the chin. But other than that tge coat is fabulous. It’s very warm and roomy. I love it and am considering buying it in another color.

Coat runs way too small
Very bummed. First bought this in large then in extra large and both were way too small. Returned the large in store and couldn’t have had any worse customer service. Totally not worth it 😢

Love this jacket but hate that piece of plastic-ish material by the neck that says GUESS. It’s so stiff that and is uncomfortable when zipped all the way up. Besides that my regular size small fits fine and feels warm.
