Hopeless Customer Service

I received Gucci glasses in Ferragamo case with cleaning cloth. I called customer service and they told us this is nothing wrong about it, at least you have glasses and case. Don’t tell me that you don’t have proper Gucci case for Gucci glasses. Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer support

Shipping was delayed and when I called customer support because I was going out of town they would not cancel the order. I didn’t receive a ship notification until it was delivered and when I sent someone to pick it up from my porch the next day it was already stolen.

Bad Quality: Lopsided Frames

I just opened the package, and the frame is lopsided. When you put the sunglasses on your face, the left side sits lower than the right side. Not sure why Nordstrom even let these out the door. A simple test of turning them upside down and laying them on a flat surface will show you how far off they are. I will now have to drive to Nordstrom/Rack, or spend $10 via FedEx to return something that isn't my fault.

I love the fit. It has a classic feel to it. I paid clearance price of <$100. Only downside is it came with a Ferragamo case and opened packaged cloth.
