empty box
I did receive the item but the box was empty! I cannot believe it! And customer service has not been able to help me, they are rude and they don’t care! They literally told me that they can’t send me the glasses or give me my money back!

Sunglass box empty
I encountered a similar problem with another pair of Gucci sunglasses. Although I received the box, the glasses were missing. Fortunately, Nordstrom rectified the issue and refunded my money. I proceeded to purchase a different pair of sunglasses. It appears that someone is tampering with the packages, removing the items, and sending out empty boxes to customers.
