VERY POOR QUALITY
Very poor quality!!!!!!!, you sent me a dirty and sticky sunglasses,and sent me the GUCCI sunglasses without a velvet hard case, and worst thing was you sent me a Gucci sunglasses in a RAY BAND case !!!!!!!!!! I´m very angry and disappointed. I have been a Norstrom Rack custumer for many years but I do not belive it will be posible in the future. I think you have very serios economic problems situation because the service and quality of the products are very very poor.
