The insole is a massive downgrade
I purchased the exact same model 3yrs apart and the new shoes are steep downgrade in the insole. There is very little support or cushion. After one day of constant walking my feet were hurting this NEVER happened with previous purchases. It's a shame, I will be switching brands after being loyal to Cole Haan for more than a decade.
