I’m usually a medium in Good American (39-31-42). After reading the reviews I ordered an XL and I’m so glad I did. Disappointed that their sizing is so off, but if you can find your right size, it’s worth it

so much potential but so small!!
I was so excited to order this for the sale and loved that it came in plus sizes. I ordered 2 different sizes and both are extremely made small...you literally have to size up 2 or 3 sizes of you have any kind of curves. .. I don't understand why make plus sizes when they are truly not a plus size. I mean an XL needs a 3x to fit normal.

Very small
There were previously several negative reviews detailing that this item is one or two sizes smaller than it should be. It looks like those reviews were deleted. I just received mine and can confirm this is true. I usually wear size 2 and 4, and I could barely get the size small over my head. I will return. Quality is good. But not sure if I will order the medium. I'm not crazy about the value, even at the Anniversary Sale price.

Nope.
I was really excited about this dress because this style is usually flattering on me. I’m usually a medium but I ordered a medium and a large to try both sizes. Couldn’t even get the medium on and the large was so tight I could barely breathe. The white material was a bit see through too so light colored undergarments are a must. Not sure it’s even worth trying the next size up
