I was disappointed when I received the item. It has lots of ink in the front more so in the color. I called and addressed my concern since it’s a final sale. Then I received an email stating I can’t be reimbursed. So I concluded that you can send damaged item and when it’s final sale you can’t address my concern. I’m a Nordstrom customer since the 1990’d and a loyal customer and even share my love for the store but after my experience I can’t admire the company and is sharing them to my colleagues to be careful when ordering final sale.
