Serious Bummer!
This was just a bad purchase online that I was so excited for. It is so beautiful and the quality of details, but the bummer is it was missing the hood. Kind of important for a winter coat. For this price? Not sure how it even got to this point to even be for sale. The poor staff knew I was upset. I realize not their problem…Sorry. For me a quality control issue. I took it home to make calls to see if we could find the hood. No luck, but at least people and stores tried. Thank you. I decided I failed and am returning!! It’s European sizing so the smallest 10 ever…but fine for me. So if it shows up back online just know it won’t have a hood and really is a size 8. Good luck and thank you all to the people who had to deal with my upset. ❤️ In the scope of today, it is just a coat. However, I need a coat with a hood. 😉
