Wrap Front Hooded Cardigan

I purchased the item in charcoal. Look at their "Charcoal" and my picture of what was sent. On the website it shows it as a dark gray with light gray stitching. What I received was light gray with no differential stitching. Size is fine, but what I received is WAY different in color from what I thought I was purchasing. Too much hassle to return. The picture looked cute, unique, but what arrived was just ordinary and Blah!

I purchased this cardigan in charcoal with lighter gray stitching in the picture. What I received was light gray. The tag said charcoal. I sent a picture, clearly NOT Charcoal. Very nice, customer service agent said, return it and we will get you the right color. Seven days later, my cardigan arrived again, same light gray, again NOT Charcoal, but this time with NO tags at all. Returned. I give up.
