Sent me wrong pair twice!

I have owned 20 pairs of Birks over the years and love them. 1 star is because I was sent the wrong shoe twice! They gave me silver buckle not gold buckle shown. I have to return 2 now. 2 trips. Unacceptable.

Silver buckle

The shoe buckle arrived in silver not gold as shown on the photo and when you where the sandal it makes your foot dirty from the black dye on the foot bed of the shoe.

Gorgeous shoe, arrived damaged 💔

So terribly disappointed...this is the second time in a month I received damaged goods from the Rack. The pin from one of the buckles was totally missing, so useless and unbearable. Had to return now they don't have my size. Nordstrom can do better...someone should be doing quality checks before shipping items out. They were packed loose in a shipping box too, no packing material or care.
